We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with ESET digital security solutions, so we offer a 30-day money back policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the full purchase price.

Trial Versions

Before purchase, we recommend taking advantage of the 30-day free trial version provided by ESET. If the security solution does not meet your expectations after the 30-day trial period, you don't need to do anything. If you decide to purchase before the unused period, it will carry over to the validity period of your subscription.

Right to Cancel Agreement and Refund

Check your invoice to ensure that you purchased the ESET subscription directly from ESET Latvia's (NOD Baltic, SIA)) online store (https://eset.com/lv, https://esetnod32.lv, https://nod.lv) and that 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Order placement (invoice issuance date) have not elapsed. If you did not purchase the subscription from ESET Latvia's online store, then for a refund, contact the ESET distributor from whom you purchased the security solution. Please note that ESET distributors may have different refund policies.
